I have nine years of experience leveraging my traditional marketing skills and understanding of user-centered design principles to influence models, processes, and products responsible for improving both user experience and business efficiencies.


I have been able to achieve this in my work by taking both an analytical and strategic approach that has enabled me to ask the right questions and effectively leverage the right people, tools, and techniques to problem solve and deliver value that connects back to business results. 

I am a life learner and an active member of the Marketing and UX community with memberships as follows: American Marketing Association, International Design Foundation, and the National Advertising Association (ANA).
